Wednesday's Child Benefit Corporation Presents
“Rusty Johnson's Texas American Dreams”
 
For the first time in Texas, Wednesday’s Child is proud to present “Rusty Johnson's American Dreams” – a concert to raise awareness of and bring hope to the foster children of North Texas. The event at the Meyerson Symphony Center will feature a picnic with activities and information for families, children and youth ending with an inspirational concert by Rusty Johnson and friends.
 
Event Features
 

  • A youth leadership conference for foster teens ages 14-19 focusing on topics such as leadership, life-skills, and public speaking

  • Information and training session by CPS staff for foster parents

  • Games and activities for younger kids such as bounce houses, clowns, petting zoos, etc.

  • A picnic on the lawn

  • VIP reception for major donors with Rusty Johnson and friends

  • The day will end with an inspirational concert by Rusty Johnson and friends.
